Telestrator: Primarily focused on drawing, this version boasts the same drawing functions as the Elite but lacks video editing, action clipping, and live analysis.
Basic: This version offers limited tagging and drawing functions and does not support live analysis.

Once Video Analyser works offline, so you can analyze videos without internet connectivity. However, you’ll need the internet for activating the trial and license.
Once Video Analyser can open videos on local drive. We recommend that you use a software to download videos for your analysis to your computer.

Yes. You just export videos from Once Video Analyser to your computer and you can share them or upload them to any service you want.
Shortly, no. You can import an xml file from another Once Video Analyser and import the analysis that way. Other imports are not supported. Click for video example (19 seconds).

Payment can be made according to your preferences – using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Revolut, Skrill, Western Union, or for yearly subscriptions, we also accept wire transfers. After the payment is processed, you will receive a license for the activation of the program.
After the payment, you’ll receive an email with your license and a program download link. Download the program and use the license code to activate.
You can open Account Management directly from the software. Please check this video tutorial.

You can upgrade your license whenever you wish. The cost will be adjusted based on the time you’ve already used. To proceed with the upgrade, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions.
The licence can be activated only on one computer. It can be transferred to another computer after you deactivate it from the first one.
If you need more than one licence, we have team discounts.

You just add a video and click on “Start analysis”. Click for video example (12 seconds).
Just create actions in “Settings” and tag events. There are 4 different ways in which you can tag actions. You can use the regular code buttons, recording mode code buttons, hotkeys and the recording mode, so you can choose which option is the best for your analysis and makes your life the easiest.

To tag players, you can follow several methods:
- Right-click on the action within the timeline and select ‘add/replace players’.
- When in recording mode, choose the desired action and add players.

To add notes to an action, follow these steps:

To add a good, bad, or favorite filter to an action:
- Right-click on the action in the timeline and choose either ‘good’, ‘bad’, or ‘favorite’.
- When in the recording mode, you can label a chosen action as ‘good’, ‘bad’, or ‘favorite’.

Yes, it does. You can add Hotkeys in the “Add actions and players” menu. Adding Hotkeys to actions makes the analysis process faster. For example, if you have a Hotkey named “A” that represents “Attacking”, you just click on the letter “A” on your keyboard and the match event is tagged.

Yes. This feature of Once Video Analyser allows you to open multiple match analysis along with all of the tagged match events, players and notes.
To do this, go to “Projects” and select the analyses you want to open together, and click “open”.

Tracking
To track a player, first click on the tracking icon. Next, select the desired tool and then the player you want to track. Once selected, click the “start tracking” icon. The software will then track the player for a duration of 10 seconds. Click for video example (102 seconds).
If you notice the trajectory starts following the wrong player, simply pause the video. Adjust the tracking box to the correct position, and then click the “start tracking” icon again to resume tracking. Click for video example (102 seconds).
Should you need to manually adjust the position of the tracking tool, pause the video first. Reposition the tracking box to the desired location, and then resume your video. Repeat this process for any frame where you wish to reposition the tracking box. Click for video example (102 seconds).
To add a new trajectory to an existing one, pause the video and select the current tracking box. Click on the “track player” icon, and the software will seamlessly add an additional 10 seconds to the current trajectory. Click for video example (102 seconds).
If you wish to stop tracking manually before the 10-second duration ends, click on the tracking icon and select the relevant tool and player. Click the “start tracking” icon, but within the 10-second span, pause the video and hit the confirm button.Click for video example (102 seconds).

You can export videos with drawings and without drawings. You can export your analysis as more clips or merged in one video. If you merge your analysis to one video, you can adjust and sort the video. You can export clips to one folder or to different folders, sorted by match event names.

Yes, you can share your analysis with other Once Video Analyser users as an XML file. You just export your analysis as an XML and send the file to the other person. They can import the XML file to their program and open the analysis you have created. Click for video example (19 seconds).
- Please check if your graphics card driver is updated – it should be 6 months old or newer.
- Please check the size of your video file. Full HD 2 hours video 1920×1080 should be 4-6 GB and HD Ready 2 hour long videos 1366×768 pixels should be 2-3 GB. The bigger the file is, the longer it will take to convert.
Exporting with drawings is slow because a video with animations needs to be converted 3 times to get exported. That is why exporting with drawings usually takes 3x longer than export without drawings. The speed depends on the speed of your computer. The more powerful the machine, the faster the export.
The ideal specifications are i7, RAM 16GB, SSD disc – they make a 30 second HD video with one drawing getting exported in 10 second.
